Bolesławiec (German Bunzlau) is a town in south-western Poland (Lower Silesia), with 41,300 inhabitants (2000).
Situated in the Lower Silesian Voivodship (since 1999), previously in Jelenia Gora Voivodship (1975-1998). One of the biggest USSR army contingents was stationed in Bolesławiec until its withdrawal in 1992.
