Choptank River

The Choptank River is a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay which flows from its source in eastern Delaware south-southwest, flowing through Caroline County, Maryland and its county seat Denton, and then flowing along the boundary between Talbot County on the north and west and Caroline and Dorchester Counties on the south and east, flowing into the Chesapeake near Dorchester County seat Cambridge.
