Cube farm
From open-encyclopedia.com - the free encyclopedia.
An office filled with cubicles is called a Cube farm. While humourous, the phrase is usually used in a negative way. Cubicles are built with movable partitions. They offer slightly more privacy than an open-plan office, but less than private offices. Cube farms are often found in hi-tech companies. Many cube farms were built during the Dotcom boom.
