D'Arcy Wretzky

D'Arcy Wretzky (born May 1, 1968), also known simply as D'Arcy, is a bass guitarist and was an original member of the alternative rock band Smashing Pumpkins.

She was born in South Haven, Michigan.

The band was founded in 1988 by Billy Corgan and James Iha, who recruited D'Arcy for the band's first shows and demos. D'Arcy left the band in 1999 prior to the release of their final album and farewell tour to pursue an acting career.
