Ditherington

Ditherington is a district within the town of Shrewsbury, in Shropshire. The Flaxmill there is the oldest iron framed building in the world and is seen as the "grandfather of skyscrapers". It unfortunately lies derilict and needs much investment to keep it standing, let alone used. Shrewsbury and Atcham borough council are looking at buying the building and surrounding land, so that it can be redeveloped.
