Fatima

Fatima was originally an Arab name, but is sometimes used by Catholics in connection with a Portuguese apparition of the Virgin Mary.
The word Fatima can be used to refer to:
- Fatima Zahra, daughter of Muhammad, the prophet of Islam;
- Fatemeh, the transliteration of the Persian (Farsi) pronunciation of the Arab name Fatima
- The town of Fatima, Portugal;
- Our Lady of Fatima, a reputed Marian apparition at Fatima.
