Junior Walker and the All Stars

Junior Walker (B. Autry De Walt, South Bend, IN) and the All Stars were signed to the Motown label in the early sixties.

DeWalts unmistakable saxophone style was the anchor for the band's rambunctious sound, and propelled them to the top of the charts in 1965 with their signature song, "Shotgun".

  • "Shake and Finger Pop" - #7 (R&B)
  • "I'm a Roadrunner" - #4 (R&B) #20 (Pop)
  • "What Does It Take To Win Your Love" - #1 (R&B) #4 (Pop)

Autry DeWalt died November 23rd, 1995 in Battle Creek MI.
