Patricia J. Williams

Patricia J. Williams is a law professor. She has gained prominence as an founder and exponent of Critical Race Theory, a radical offshoot of 1960s social movements that emphasizes race as a fundamental determinant of the American legal system. She writes a column for The Nation magazine.
