Prostate massage involves massaging the prostate, one source of sexual pleasure in men relating to orgasm. This process involves massaging the prostate through the anus by hand, or with a vibrator. The prostate can also be indirectly massaged externally through the perineum.

Prostate massage is sometimes carried out as a medical procedure for the treatment of prostatitis.
