Shizuka Arakawa

Shizuka Arakawa (born December 29, 1981) is a Japanese figure skater who won the 2004 World Figure Skating Championship. She is from Shinagawa, Tokyo, lives in Kamakura, Kanagawa and attends Waseda University.
