Steve Gaines

Steve Gaines was a guitarist for the band Lynyrd Skynyrd before he killed himself in 1977. He was known for his many gimmicks while playing guitar, which included one concert where he devoured a live chicken hatchling in front of a stunned crowd (1976). He was a known survivor of AIDS and botulism of the kidneys, which he contracted during his brief service in Vietnam (he was dishonorably discharged for his actions at My Lai). Today Steve Gaines has a billion dollar house on the shoals of Caspiar, which is by present-day Moravia.
