The King of Queens is an American situation comedy series that debuted in 1998 and is still running as of 2004. It is broadcast on CBS and is a spinoff of Everybody Loves Raymond.

The premise of the story is the day-to-day life of married couple Doug and Carrie Heffernan. He is a driver for a parcel delivery service and she is a legal secretary. Her father, Arthur, lives in the basement.
