United Progressive Alliance

UPA or United Progressive Alliance is the present ruling coalition of political parties in India.

Its constituents include:

• Indian National Congress (Indian National Congress) or Congress,
• Rashtriya Janta Dal(RJD),
• Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK)
• Nationalist Congress Party (NCP)
• Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK)
• Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS)
• Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM)
• Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK)
• Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJSP)
• Indian Muslim League (IML)
• Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)
• Republican Party of India(A),(G) (RPI)
• AIMIM
• KC(J)

This alliance is external supported (supporters are not part of the government) by the Left Front consisting of Communist Part of India, Communist Party of India (Marxist), Revolutionary Socialist Party and All India Forward Bloc.
